Equilybrium private lessons are based on yoga practices but can
also combine advice on Yogic/Ayurvedic dietary components with
gentle, reflective coaching and stress management techniques,
resulting in a truly effective method of gaining deep healing,
inward focus, perspective and peace. This format can greatly
enhance your experience and understanding of yourself and
of the world around you - encouraging a more balanced outlook
which will enable you to move forward with clarity and grace.
Lessons can range from vigorous and quite physical to still
and meditative depending on your ability and requirements.
The balance of movement, meditation, breathwork, etc
is dictated by your needs.
