Yoga Retreat, Duncton Mill 2009
Workshops allow more time to explore specific areas
of yoga practices. Workshop topics include:

An Introduction to the 8 Limbs of Yoga
and the Yoga Sutras
•
Introduction to Pranayama and Breathwork
•
Chakras – The Places where Mind, Body

These are held regularly to provide us with the much needed
opportunity to relax and unwind from the daily knots we tie
ourselves into. These workshops follow specific practices to
release tension, and an opportunity to experience deep rest
and revitalise through the important practice of Yoga Nidra
(Costs approx £20-£45 depending on length of workshop)
Please let me know as soon as possible if you wish to
participate in any of the above as places are limited.

Yoga retreats provide an opportunity to escape for a
few days from the chaos of our busy lives and take time
to explore and experience ourselves in a deeper, more
enriching way. This is achieved through twice daily yoga
classes, meditations, yoga nidra practice and discussions
of yoga philosophy - not to mention the wonderful, healthy
home made food, lots of time to rest and contemplate and
perhaps get a massage and plenty of tea and cake! And all
this takes place in beautiful, peaceful retreat centres located
around the South of England which are also great for walking
breaks. Whatever your reason for coming along, a retreat is
much more than a holiday – it is a valuable investment in
yourself and your life going forward. (Costs approx. £275-
£375 incl. of all food and accommodation)
